Frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce for 6 This recipe first appeared in the Delia Smith Magazine for J Sainsbury in the late 1990's. It's an absolute classic. As the hot chocolate sauce hits the partially frozen berries it congeals into a gooey mess. The mouthfeel and flavor just combine together in perfect harmony, but make sure you defrost the berries for the prescribed time before serving otherwise they will be too cold !
