Stylish Suppers

Stylish suppers is a collection of recipes developed for a series of cookery demonstrations I gave while living in Taiwan. The fusion mix here is a reflection of the wonderful produce and prepared food available locally in the street markets and local stores. The recipes have now been adapted for for use here in the UK and alternative ingredients given where necessary.
